Same email address, different user.

Hello, 

 

when I send out a document for signature to a specific employee, it shows the name of an old user who had the same email address as this new employee. How do I change this?

This happens when the name on the Acrobat Sign account has not changed. Please share the email address used for the account in a private message so we can check and share the steps. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
