Same person as signer multiple times

I'm looking to create a form that would ask for Person A (Student) and Person B (Teacher) to populate some fields, but not sign it until Person C (Moderator) has looked at it, filled their bits in, and started the signature process. Is it possible to do this, and is the below the correct role setup?

Person A (Student) - Form filler (no signature)

Person B (Teacher) - Form filler (no signature)

Person C (Moderator) - Signer

Person A (Student) - Signer

Person B (Teacher) - Signer
