SAML auth lock out
Hello, I'm on a trial of Adobe Sign. I was trying to configure SAML authentication. Something went wrong in the configuration and now I can't get back in because it keeps on making me sign in through my SAML IdP, which of course fails.
Speaking with Adobe Support, they said "SAML can't be modified in Trial and password reset should work for you." I tried the password reset and it says my account can't be reset. Then they said since it's a trial account, they cannot help me further.
Any ideas on what to do next?
