Sandbox: Error processing Adobe Sign merge mapping for agreement

I am trying to explore Adobe Sign functionality for my salesforce application,  I have created Agreement template, merge mapping and attached document with prefill text format.  I am getting email to sign document but getting Error for 'processing Adobe Sign merge mapping for agreement'

System.NullPointerException Attempt to de-reference a null object (echosign_dev1) 405

Need help,  Appreciate you support in advance.

    Issue resolved,

    Merge mapping had a blank entry and this blank entry was creating issue.

    Hi Shelja,

    Your merge or Data mapping must have valid entries.  In my case, I added an additional mapping field with blank values.  my merge mapping worked fine when I removed that blank mapping field.
