Save and Send Documents to multiple parties?

When I create a document and customize the fields with conditions, how do I save it (with the custom fields) so that I can later send it again to other recipients without having to re-create the custom fields again and start from scratch?

Yes, you can save the document as a template Create a library template | eSign services so that it can be reused.
