saving non-encrypted file for sharing in dropbox

When downloading a copy of signed doc to dropbox for others to see, they are not able to open the file to view. I am assuming because it is saving it as an encrypted file. It only saves as an encrypted file from my mobile acct (which others have problems viewing). My desktop acct is fine.

Please advise.

Hi ebruc12032723,

If there is no password implemented on the document anyone can open & view the document.

Please ask the users to download Acrobat Reader DC Learn what all you can do with Acrobat Reader DC and then open the same document in it.

Check if it works or not.
