Security for Electronic Signatures

Is there a way to send a pdf document for electronic signature securely?  Perhaps have a password to open the file or black out the Tax Identification #s, but then be able to un-black them upon receipt of document with signature?

I just need to make sure the document is completely secure.

Hi Kyrsteng,

Yes, you can add the password security when you are sending the document for signature in Adobe Sign.

When you send a document for signature using the Adobe Sign, on the Send page, you get the option to add password either on the document or for a particular user.

Refer to the steps mentioned here How to encrypt your documents using Adobe Sign

Check if this is what you are looking for.

Hope the information helps.
