Security Question for Individual License vs Government Enterprise Solution

Hello,

I represent a small business defense contractor, and currently we have 27 individual licenses for DC Pro to go paperless with our contracts. I understand we would not use the cloud, but rather integrate to our local server.

My question is: does the industry enterprise solution provide better security protocols or are they the same for individual.
