select multiple fields

Question

I've been using Adobe Sign for about 4 years now and have always been able to select a field in an agreement I want to send for signatures, hold down the CTRL and select multiple fields. Now, all of a sudden, I am either having a hard time selecting a field in the first place, but the feature no longer functions. There is oviously no real time support, so I'm hoping someone can hop onto this thread and let me know if something has changed in the past month where this feature is no longer available? And if so, what is the new method of selecting multiple fields?

I have found that if I click on a field, even though the selection box doesn't show, if I use the down arrow on my keyboard while holding the CTRL, it shows me that it is selected. Then, while still holding the CTRL key, I select another field and use the down arrow, it selects the field. I'd have to move the fields back up, of course, because using the down arrow moves the fields, but at least I figured out a way to determine that the fields are selected. The issue doesn't occur if you want to select multiple checkbox or radio button fields.
