Send and track / Signiture options missing

Hi Community,

It seems all my send and track/echo options are missing from tools... anyone have the same experience and how was it solved? I've seen one thread and it was solved by re-setting the language in properties but that hasn't helped me with this issue..

Also, when I hover over the mail icon in the header I only receive an option to create a draft mail where bye my colleagues have more options however I'm the only one with a DC pro subscription 😕😕

Any help gratefully received.

    I see that you have Acrobat Perpetual Licence. Please be informed Send for Signature service is only available with Acrobat DC subscription, not with the Perpetual Licence.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply, however, I did have these as an option in the past, further more, a colleague with a bog standard copy of Adobe DC has the functionality I'm missing, which would mean the £450 spent on this software is next to useless for sending and collecting signatures?

    Hi ben,

    I can understand your concern, however Adobe Sign service (Send for Signature) is only included with Acrobat DC subscription (Pro or Standard) (Plans and pricing | Adobe Acrobat DC  ) not with the perpetual licence.
