Send for Signature

Send for Signatures isn't in my Adobe Reader DC tool bar. My version is Continuous Release 2019.010.20069, and we have Adobe Sign. What do we need to do in our enterprise account to activate this option?

Hi Nancyd,

I have checked the email address that you used to sign in to the forums.

You have the Adobe Sign enterprise account.

You can access the service using this link Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

Please sign in with your email address that you used to register the service and the password.

If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.

The Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a free service and has limited access to the tools.

You will not be able to access the service via Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Hope that answers your query.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Meenakshi, I installed Adobe Acrobat DC and I have the tools now. I didn't realize they were not available with Reader, but that makes sense. Thank you!

I have the Send for Signature tool, but it does not recognize my enterprise sign account only seems to recognize a individual Adob Sign accounts. When I was signed up for the enterprise version of Adobe sign needed to choose if I wanted my email to be used for a local or enterprise account, My bet is that Reader is only configured to use a local.accounts and you need to use the Adobe sign website to send documents. FWIW, on my iPad and iPhone there is an Adobe Sign app that I can use to send documents for signature. I bet there is one for Android as well. Maybe yo can use that if you don't want to sign in to,the Adobe Sign website. Mike
