Send for signature "could not send. please try again."
I get this message every time I try to send a document for signature, and it has been this way for over a week. I get this message from within my installed DC app on multiple devices. When I try to sign into my cloud.acrobat.com account, and go to "send for signature," i get an endless loop of the first screen that says "send documents for signature in a few simple steps" when I click the button for "send for signature," "dashboard," or "sent files."
Please tell me what is going on.
