Send for signature error

Hi all,

I'm getting an error in Acrobat when I try to send my document for signature that says "Could not send" "An error has occurred".

When I tried sending on https://cloud.acrobat.com/sendforsignature

I get the error: We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support.

Can anyone help with this please?

    Hi Chris,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    It seems that you have recently changed the Adobe ID for your Adobe Acrobat DC subscription.

    However, the change in Adobe ID did not sync with the Adobe Sign account.

    You will need to contact support to make the changes in the account.

    Try once to sign in directly to Adobe Sign account with your old email address and the password.

    You can log in to Adobe Sign account here Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

    If you can log in to the account, refer to the steps mentioned below to contact support:

    • Once you are logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.

    • It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.

    I will also share the contact details in a private message with you. Please check your inbox.

    If you are not able to log in to the Adobe Sign account, then refer to the steps mentioned in the private message.
