Sorry for the delay in response.
It seems that you have recently changed the Adobe ID for your Adobe Acrobat DC subscription.
However, the change in Adobe ID did not sync with the Adobe Sign account.
You will need to contact support to make the changes in the account.
Try once to sign in directly to Adobe Sign account with your old email address and the password.

If you can log in to the account, refer to the steps mentioned below to contact support:
• Once you are logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.
• It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.
