'Send for signature' function. Is there flexibility with mutiple personal mailboxes?

On my pc, i have multiple mailboxes I use for different client groups. I want to have the flexibility with Adobe 'send for signature' funciton, that returns the document to my selected mailbox, not just my AdobeID mail address? How do I do that?
