Send for Signature - LIMITATIONS

I purchased send for signature to route a document that is 124 pages and requires 15 signatures.  Now that I'm trying to do so, I get an error stating that the "Page Limit" has been exceeded.  I Googled this and determined that send for signature is limited to 100 pages and 10 signatures.  Why wasn't this "Limitation" disclosed in all the "features" described?  And how do I get my money back for a product that cannot provide the service that I require?
