Send for Signature not working

Hello,

I am attempting to send for signature and it simply says "an error has occurred, please try again" - it is fully updated, I have logged out and back in and rebooted to no avail.

Please assist.

    Hi melissan25365798,

    Try a different browser if you are using e-sign service online, in case you are using Reader make sure that Reader is updated the latest version.

    If the issue persist contact our support team via email at support@echosign.com along with your e-sign account details.
