Send for Signature not working

I have signed up for the Adobe student service with provides basically all of the apps available on Creative Cloud. Prior to me changing my account email address everything worked fine but now I get an error anytime I try to send for sig. I have seen topics on this forum about the same issue but can't seem to find a solution.

Hi Kenneth,

It seems that when you have changed the Adobe account email address, there was an Adobe Sign account already registered with that email address.

That is the reason, the Adobe Sign account email address did not change and you received the error when sending the documents for signature.

I have checked your account and it seems that the issue has been resolved now.
