Send for signature page freezes - Adobe Sign

Question

I am able to 'fill and sign' a PDF but when I send for signature the page just freezes with a round ball circling. 
I have urgent contracts to get signed this week and this is very frustrating.
 
I have recently changed the email associated to my account, so I am thinking this may have had an affect? Can someone please help thanks

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still experiencing any issue in sending the documents for signature?

I have checked the account with the email address that you used to sign in to the community. The account shows as active and working fine.
