SEND FOR SIGNATURE...PLEASE HELP!!

We
have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and it includes Adobe Sign. We have been able to
actually complete this process 3 times by 3 different people. Now that we need
to use it more frequently, it's almost impossible to find the "Exact"
steps to follow in order to send out contracts to be signed by our clients
(Send for Signature) without ending up on a page that says "Upgrade
Now". Like I said we have been able to upload the document, add a
signature line, send it and have it returned signed; however none of the 3
people that finally did it can remember where they were to get it to work. Can
you please help??

Please be informed Adobe Sign service is provided with Adobe Acrobat DC subscription not with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Could you please share the email address in the Private Message with which you have Adobe Sign subscription.(*make sure you don't post the email here on the public forum).

ok then why were we able to do it 3 times so far? I have an example. Just find it weird. I know I have been trying everyday to get to that point again with no luck and it makes sense what you say. Just wondering how we did it already.... Hmmm

I think you get something like 3 a month for occasional use.
