Send for Signature - The Page you are trying to access is not valid
From within Adobe Reader DC if I use the Send For Signature from the Tools menu I get the message that:
The Page you are trying to access is not valid.
However, if I close the pdf and then open Adobe sign directly it lets me upload the same document.
Using the Adobe Reader DC option has been working fine until very recently and just seemed to suddenly stop working.
It works on another PC using other sets of credentials so I don't think it's anything to do with an update
Any assistance appreciated.
