Question

Send for signatures during 30 day trial period

I started a free trial of Adobe Pro DC so I could test out the signature functionality; I was able to add the signature field and sign it myself, but it won't let me send it without paying for the upgrade. How do I test it out first to make sure it works?

    Hi,

I am not sure if you can try Adobe Sign with a trial version of Acrobat DC Pro as i can read this here:

What is included in this trial version of Acrobat Pro DC?

The trial version includes all desktop features of Acrobat Pro DC, plus a limited set of Document Cloud services including the ability to fill, sign, and send forms on a tablet device, store and share files online and access recently viewed files across devices. A paid subscription is required to take advantage of other services including the ability to get signatures from others; send and track documents online; and create and export PDFs from a browser or mobile device.

The bold_underlined statement tells you to get a paid subscription of Acrobat pro DC.

In any case, to try out the capabilities of Adobe Sign you can just setup a trial of Adobe Sign alone rather than getting a trial for Document Cloud. You can signup for a free 14 day trial of Adobe Sign here: Free trial, Adobe Sign (formerly EchoSign) | Adobe Document Cloud

    Hello Spencer,

Can you inbox me your registered email address with which you started trial account so that I can further check?

I signed up for the free trial to test out the signature system offered through Adobe as I am currently utilizing Nitro PDF and am displeased.  I have always liked DocuSign, however, they do not offer the PDF editing capabilities and this is something I want.  I am writing today as today this is day one of my free trial and it is requiring that I upgrade to send signatures to my clients.  This is the test, I want to see how it works both for me and my clients as Adobe is an additional $7/monthly in comparison to that of Nitro and it has to be worth the additional cost associated.  Without testing it, I have no desire for the product, can you please help me?

    Thanks,
