Send for signatures not working in adobe

My account used to be part of a corporate group account, but now it is personal again.  Since the change, the send for signature function is not working.  Please clean up whatever wires are crossed in the back end to allow this feature to work.  In my account info online, it tells me "Request E-signatures not available for the profile you selected"

We have checked that you have recently purchased the Acrobat susbcription. However, as the account was previously used for corporate account, could you please check if you have received any email to archive the account?

Try signing in from the following link: https://secure.echosign.com/public/login. Check if you can sign in and then send document for signature.

Your need to contact Adobe and have them archive your account.  Make ssure you download any documents you need saved from cloud storage because they will be eliminated when the account is archived.
