Send for Signiture

Hi, I am very new to this and just trying to work it all out. I have a document that I need multiple signatures on. I have prepared the form in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and added signature fields (I have not made these fields a required field). I click send for signature and put in 3 email addresses in order of who I need to sign first etc. That gets sent to the first person with no worries however when they open it, it is saying all the signature fields are required, yet I only need that person to sign one.

How do I change this?

Hi Jacquic,

As you have mentioned above you are trying to get multiple signatures on a single PDF form.

To get multiple signatures on a PDF form, you will need to assign the signature field for each signer.

Hi

Thank you for you email. I did do this also but it didn't work. Correction from my first post it is actually asking that first person to fill out every field (even though they are not set as required).  The instructions say Document Cloud?  I have Creative Cloud and Acobat Pro DC.

I'm using it through Pro DC so those instructions seem to relate more to Document Cloud? I have tried a few times but it always is asking for it all????

Just let you know how I am wanting to use this .  I want the applicant to fill the form out (located on a shared drive) send it to me via outlook (as I will be the only one with the license for send for signature).  The same people will always sign this document (total of 10) so I will send this out to them.  I have the correct item to do this yes?

I have worked this out now it ok However just realized it only allows 6 signatures. That didn't say that anywhere before I bought the product. What a waste I need at least 10. is there a way around this?
