Send in Bulk-Agreement Fields Not Displaying To Recipient

Send in Bulk allows us to send a unique agreement to unique recipients using fields from a csv. However, the version recipients see in "Review and Sign" has one field replicated in every field. This means the particulars they need to make a decision are not viewable where they need to sign.  They can see the correct details when they select "Read Agreement" from the "Options" drop-down. The problem with this is they lose the signing capability.

I have tried creating these unique "Send in Bulk" agreements a number of different ways, and recieving through 3 different browsers with no success. Any thoughts or fixes are appreciated. -Jonathan
