"Send" option has disappeared from dashboard

We use this account for business and have been trying unsuccessfully for days to reach someone who can assist with this issue.  Unfortunately the limited "service options" have gotten us nowhere. 

What actions do we need to take to have  the "SEND" option reinstated to our dashboard options?  This issue is time-sensitive, so if anyone has any advice, we would love to hear it ASAP!  Thank you.

Hi,

Before i jump into debugging, can you have your account admin check if the following setting is enabled for you:

If 'User can send documents' option is unchecked for your user, you won't see this option next to Dashboard tab.

To view User settings, your admin will have to go to: Account tab--> Users--> Double click on your username to edit it and look out for this checkbox.

Please share if this resolves the issue for you.

I have the same issue where I don't see a send button. I believe I'm the admin/only user of EchoSign as I don't see a "Users" option in my Account tab? Although I don't see anywhere obvious that suggests I am an Administrator.

I'll message you (Sameer) my login/username. I left another reply in another thread related to this issue a couple of days ago so I'd appreciate an expedient response as I'm urgently trying to send out contracts.

Hi CoviewAdmin,,

I see that there is a Cancelled Adobe Sign Pro account with your email address. This can be due to billing issue.

Could you please try updating the billing detains in the Adobe Sign account.

If the issue persist please drop an email at support@echosign.com informing the same so that the issue can be addressed.

I see that  your email address is associated with a Trial account. You should be able to send documents out for Signature.
