Sender is not in the Adobe Document Cloud account for this Salesforce organization. Please check with your administrator.
I am currently using Adobe Esign/Echosign and it is integrated with Salesforce. I have a new representative. He has access to create start the process of sending a document out for signature but then he cannot send it. He receives this error:
- This agreement cannot be sent because the sender is not in the Adobe Document Cloud account for this Salesforce organization. Please check with your administrator.
I am the administrator and I do not know how to resolve this issue. He can perform his normal contract sending and signing through the main system but not through Salesforce. Anybody?
