Sending a PDF from Standard Quote Object in Salesforce

This should seem like an easy issue to solve, but I am trying to figure out how to send out a PDF that is attached to the Salesforce Quote Standard Object.  I am not using Salesforce CPQ.  

I don't want to generate a quote using a template in Acrobat Sign.
