Sending an agreement in new Acrobat.Adobe.com layout

So, it looks like Adobe "Improved" the layout of the Adobe Acrobat home page.  

All I want to do is sent an agreement, using templates I have already created.  I select "request e-signature" > "e-sign templates" and then there are no templates at all.  Where did they go?

What am I doing wrong?  I do this on a regular basis, so I am not new to this. 

Why do you do this to me Adobe?
