Sending an Agreement with Track Changes in AdobeSign?

Hi,

My colleague would like an agreement send using AdobeSign with some Track Changes in the document. When I input the agreement into AdobeSign it removes these. Is this because an agreement should be a clean copy? Any help would be appreciated.
