Sending BCC copy of a document to multiple people for e-signatures

Hi,

I need to send a fillable form to a number of clients and have each sign it. It's important that none can see the others email addresses. Is there a way to bcc the emails using Adobe sign and send? Is there another way to do it?

Greetings!

If all parties must sign the same agreement, there is no way to obfuscate the various signers. Everyone is signing the same document, and the audit log will reflect that.

 

However, if you intend for each individual to sign their own version of the agreement, then the feature you are looking for is Mega Sign, which allows you to create a "Parent" template of an agreement, and then upload a CSV of individual recipients.

Each recipient gets their own discrete "Child" agreement, entirely insulated from the other agreements on the customer side.

On the sender's side, you can see a summary of the child agreements and their status.
