Hello. It says I'm not authorized to send documents. Why is this?

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in on this community page.

Your account shows as a trial expired. That may be the reason you get the error message when trying to send the document.

It seems that you have completed the trial period for the Acrobat Sign service. If you wish to continue the service, you must purchase a subscription. You may refer to the following page to check the plans and pricing of the Acrobat Sign service: https://www.adobe.com/sign/pricing/plans.html
