Sending Document Out for Signing: Authentication Failed Message after Clicking Specify Where to Sign

Hi - I’m getting this same error message for e-signatures and a separate error online that says that signatures are temporarily unavailable. I signed out/signed back in, but am not sure what’s causing the issue or how to troubleshoot.

    Hi cless,

    Thank you for the screeshot.

There will be an account administrator for the main account. Please check with the IT team in your organization to get the information. The account administrator needs to contact the support team to get the account activated.

We can not do much as we do not have access to the settings to make such changes. However, if you experience any issues reaching out to the team, let us know.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi

    Hi,

My office recently renewed our Adobe subscriptions. The site you link to just pops up a window to contact my own office, which are unable to resolve the issue. Can someone please assist with this?
