Sending from Mega Sign Using Proxy or Different Outlook Inbox

Hello, hoping someone from Adobe can answer this.  We are looking to use Mega Sign to bulk-send many documents.  However, we do not want them to come from a personal email account, rather an organizational email, such as hr@thisorg.org,

Is there a way to do this, like you would choose the 'From' option in Outlook?  We also want to make sure than any replies or updates/managing of the documents can be done by anyone logging into that email.
