Question

sending multiple documents through adobe sign email to one provider

Our company uses adobe sign and our outside vendors send documents via adobe sign to the providers email.  My question is when the provider clicks on the link to sign the document only that document is displayed even though they have other orders to sign.  does the provider need to have an account to see all documents pending for signature.  as of right now the provider has to click on each link sent to them to sign the documents.

    Hello @Dynamic_intelligence5f68,

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out. Sorry for the trouble you had.

Please note that each Adobe Sign email link opens the specific agreement it was sent for, not a list of all documents awaiting that provider’s signature. That’s expected behaviour. An account generally isn’t required to sign through an email link, unless the sender requires account-based authentication. However, to access a central list, the provider can sign in to Acrobat Sign using the same email address receiving the signature requests, then open Manage → Waiting for you to find agreements awaiting their action. Each separate agreement still needs to be opened and signed individually.

If a vendor wants several documents reviewed and signed in one session, they can include those files in one agreement before sending. Separate requests from different vendors won’t automatically combine into a single signing session.

See Adobe’s Acrobat Sign get started guide, particularly Page by Page Overview, for details on the Manage page and “Waiting for you” list.

I hope this helps, and please reach out if you need any assistance.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
