Sending out for Signatures

I created a document to be sent out for signatures. I sent it out to 4 people to sign. Seems only 1 person got it. Do the other signers not get the document until the first person signed it and then it goes to the next person and so on? If not, how can I change this so everyone gets the document at once to review?

By default, the senders get the agreement in order. 


If you need to get signatures on the same document by 4 different people in any order, you can set the signing order to "complete in any order".
