Sending out reminders

Can someone please explain to me why, despite clicking on "Daily until completed" does it only send out the reminder ONCE?????

So, instead of gaily expecting DocuSign to send out Daily, I have to keep checking and sending out fresh reminders.

Since the "customer" can cancel out at any time their end, it is somewhat time consuming and annoying - ANSWERS PLEASE!!!!!
