Server Error message when I try to sign and submit a document

Error message: Unhandled Error: 210713073417737.app-b23

I get this error message everytime I try to sign and submit a document. This only happens to one document.

I've tried clearing browser data and cache but that doesn't solve anything. I've tried creating a new signature but the same problem persists.
