Server Error when Attempting to set up a document for signing

As soon as I go into the Send tab to prep a document for signing I get the message below.  I can hit cancel and set up the email recipients but there is no option to attach a document for signing.  Once I am past entering email addresses the mouse icon turns to a red circle with a slash through it.  It cannot be the date issue it wont even let me attach a document.   Help?
