Server Error when "click to sign" - Error message: Unhandled Error: 240418051752126.app-a1

There is server error when "click to sign" an agreement to client , the error code is : "240418051752126.app-a1".

i am desperate for a solution but the ai helpdesk seems unhelpful. Below is the print screen of the error message .
