Setting form field show/hide conditions

I am trying to create an interactive pdf that will only show certain fields when certain options are selected - i.e 1 check box results in a new section of the form being revealed.

I have found the tutorial for this; https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/form-field-conditions-settings.html however cannot seem to get the conditions menu option to show on my form. I have an Acrobat Pro DC monthly plan. Can anyone help me to fidn this menu option please?
