Shared Templates not working in Adobe Sign Enterprise
Hi, I would love some help with shared templates.
We will be creating 8 user groups, each of which need to be using their own specific templates available to share with everyone in their group only. I am testing this with the first user group and it doesn't seem to be working as expected.
I've added a few users to a new group - all Enterprise ID and not a member of any other groups. User 1 has created a template saved as available to "Any user in my group", but no one else in the group can see it. We have checked both the Templates tab under Manage and under Shared Templates when attempting to send out a form for signature.
Likewise, User 2 has created a template in the exact same manner, also saved as available to "Any user in my group", and no one else can see it except for me (a temporary Admin but not an actual user of the group).
The ability for shared templates between all users of a group is crucial for us. Any ideas what we're doing wrong?
