Shared workspace in Adobe Pro and bulk export

Hi,

we would like to have share workspace to work within our team Adobe Pro licenses to store and check our forms and documents to be sent externaly to our customers to be signed. We could only found option that user can share particular document.

Is it possible to download signed documents in a bulk or also export to .csv type of files?
