"Sharing across shards not allowed"

I have the Small Business trial of Sign. When I attempt to "Share My Account", after entering the user's email address I get the message "Sharing across shards not allowed."

 

The user I am trying to share with is also signed up for a free trial of Adobe Sign Small Business. Could this be the issue?

    We are also having this same issue.  Anyone have a fix for this or can make heads/tails of what this message even means?!

    Hi all, has there been any movement on solving this?  I have a similar problem.  One user on our team.  I cannot see this user in our Group (Adobe Sign dashboard).  I can see them from the admin console.  This user is geophysically separate from the rest of the team, perhaps that could contribute?

    Having the same issue; I can share with another team member but not the other. Does it maybe have to do with differences in account permissions/what the accounts have included in their subcription?

    A client is experiencing this error when sharing with one specific user in the organization. All the other users can share templates with no problems.
