Is it possible to always copy my secondary email address when sending and receiving documents?

Hi Sharon,

 

Thank you for reaching out.

 

In Adobe Sign, there is an option where you can add your secondary email to receive a copy of every signed agreement. 

Please use the steps as mentioned below:

- In Adobe Sign, go to Account > Account Settings > External Archive.

- Add the email address in the box for "Send an extra copy of every signed agreement to these email addresses".

- Click on the Save button appear at the bottom.
