When using Show CC, the user is notified at the beginning of the signing process that they've been CC'd. We only want them to be notified, and copied, when the signing process is completed. How can this be adjusted?

I recieved an answer to this. The initial notification can be turned off but not from the front end, you must submit a Support ticket. It can be deactivated at either the Account or Group level and it can be reactivated, if necessary
