Show work email not personal to signees

I want to know if I can choose my work email to show on verification or audit forms when I have people sign documents related to work. I do not want to my personal email to show on any of the audit information.

I would recommend you to get the Adobe Sign subscription canceled under your personal email, get the refund & re-purchase Adobe Sign under the work email address.
