Sign A Document Signed Separately By Customer

How do you route a document for countersignature if your customer already signed through Adobe Sign? Due to approval requirements a customer cannot sign using an Adobe Sign we initiate, they do their own, send it to us, it has the security so how do we sign? This is a common scenario due to approval layers, what is the solution?

    Once a document is signed using Adobe Sign, not much more can be done with it in terms of additional signatures.
