Sign account locked - how do i reach a human being?

I run Lightroom and Photoshop under my personal account on a Mac and have another account for my business where I use Adobe Sign.  Today Adobe Sign has locked me out saying I've breached the terms, both products are paid for.

How do I get the Sign account reset if I can't open a ticket or speak to a support person?
