SIGN IN PERSON ON IPAD

We used to be able to have a client sign a document (template) in person on pur ipad.  This feature seems to have gone away - All information says to click on sign in person be we don't have that.  Fully updated Ipad with updated version of Adobe Sign.  Can you please send detailed information on how to have someone sign the document in person..

that does not answer my question.  I have been using Adobe Sign for almost 10 years and used to be able to have someone sign a document while they are sitting in front of me - can't seem to figure out how to do it any longer - step by step instructions would be helpful
