Sign myself does not upload signature from account

The signature will even show up for a second sometimes and then it goes to this drop down where it says to "add signature"  I do have a signature that is saved on my adobe account and I am signed into my adobe account.

As you have mentioned above, the sign by self option is not working.

Could you please confirm the application you are using to sign the document?

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the screen where the signature does not appear.
